  Diwali Gifts will be delivered anywhere in India only. We ship all gifts from our H.O. at Ahmedabad via Blue Dart courier / Indian Post.

  All Diwali Gifts Order for Major Courier Cities/ Metros received till 22nd October, 2011, 5 p.m. IST will be Delivered on or before 26th October, 2011. Delivery timeline for Courier is 2-4 working days.

  Orders deliverable by Indian Post require 4-8 working days for delivery. Request you to place order with the timeline in mind, if your destination is remote.

  All orders received after this cut-off will be processed and dispatched on priority basis, but delivery cannot be guaranteed by Diwali date. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.

  As Orders are delivered via Courier / Post, delivery cannot be done on an exact date, but will be done between 19th to 26th October

  Some product images are indicative. The shape/ color of Diyas/ other products may vary, as per availability at the time of shipment. However, the quality and quantity will remain equivalent.

  Please note that no refund can be provided for reasons including, but not limited to: a) Address Incorrect / Incomplete b) Recipient not Available c) Premises Closed d) Recipient refusing to accept gifts

  Please do note that there cannot be online tracking or delivery timeline commitment for destinations where we send Diwali Gifts via Indian Post. We can provide a booking reference number on request. Please do read and agree to the terms & conditions as stated elsewhere in the site prior to placing your valuable order. Other Terms & Conditions 

By using Gujaratgifts.com, the visitor is implied to have accepted the terms & conditions without any conditions, as below, and in the main T&C pages. All of these are subject to time to time revisions / changes, without any prior intimation/ information, and at the sole judgment of Gujaratgifts.com

Please do note that Diwali gifts (in hampers or separately) do not have any precious / semi-precious materials.

1) All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees), and delivery is done in India only. Prices, which are displayed in other nation’s currencies (like USD, AUD, CAD) are subject to daily FX fluctuations on practical basis. The exact amount for these currencies shall be shown in the shopping cart. It is your decision to pay the exact amount in USD.

2) Gujaratgifts.com acts as a "Concierge" by booking gifts on your behalf to your intended recipient. Team Gujaratgifts.com is not responsible for any losses / incidental or direct expenses incurred by customers while usage of this facility. Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid by the respective customer..

3) Gujaratgifts.com does not ensure to deliver gift items on date specified by the respective sender. It will take minimum 72 working hours to dispatch gift items from the time we receive the order. Gujaratgifts.com will postpone the dispatch of the gift item until suitable date that it reaches around the mentioned date written by the sender, all in case the sender mentions any particular delivery date. Under any conditions, Gujaratgifts.com is not promising to deliver gifts on the exact date mentioned by the sender. The date of delivery may differ in accordance to the capabilities of respective courier service providers by means of which the gift items are dispatched and also the remoteness of the place of recipient.

4) The prices & specifications of gifts are subject to change / revision at the sole discretion of GujaratGifts.com, without intimation

5) Gujaratgifts.com fails to take any responsibility for any kind of mishandling of credit card details provided to CCAveneue, who is one of the authorized online retailer, for the orders placed on our site. It would not result in any liability for Gujaratgifts.com for any unauthorized usage/ Fraud related to your card.

6) Gujaratgifts.com does not holds any accountability for missed/late deliveries due to any Natural/ Manmade calamity or any Legislative Acts. Gujaratgifts.com reserves all the right to refuse its services to any sender and does not has any responsibility to give any details of the same. Under any circumstances, Gujaratgifts.com not responsible for the amount exceeding the product cost.

7) There is no warranty attached to any product/services on this site. Gujaratgifts.com does not assure that the products/services offered will be perfectly same, without any error, or any assurance of correction of defects.

8) Gujaratgifts.com takes utmost care, yet it is not responsible for a faulty delivery if the recipient of the gift at the place on the order form misrepresents defaults or does not hand over the gift to the recipient mentioned on the order form and takes the item acting as he himself is the person named on it.

9) Orders of the gifts placed cannot be cancelled, any kind of changes in the same must be specified by the sender within TWO working hours after completion of placing the order. Gujaratgifts.com is unable to take any responsibility in case of failure of incorporation of such changes, however we ensure to put in our best efforts to make it possible.

10) Gujaratgifts.com holds all the rights to dispatch Diwali Gifts with a bit of different design from that displayed in any unforeseen shortage. In such cases we ensure to dispatch an equally good product as a Gift.

11) Gift items can be dispatched separately, if it is not possible to send in one packing as it might not be acceptable by certain couriers. E.g., Canned sweets from Haldiram's can be dispatched by local courier and Silver coins by registered post parcel, even though they may supposedly be delivered in the same package.
 

12) Gujarat Gifts reserves all rights to dispatch multiple items of a single transaction via different delivery modes (i.e. Courier(s) / Vendor) at its sole judgment, and in accordance they may be delivered on varying dates. In case of any query relating to varying dates of delivery or confusions of the same, please check via email enquiry at info@gujaratgifts.com before to placing your order. 

13) Wherever Octroi Charges are applicable, they would be collected from the recipient.

14) Gujaratgifts.com is not responsible for any kind of degradation of any perishable items, however, we ensure to undertake all precautions to preserve the quality of the same.

15) In the unlikely occurrence of any dispute, the dispute shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad (India) courts. Gujaratgifts.com would be liable to the purchase price paid by the sender.

16) Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for missed delivery TAT (Turn Around Time) by Courier companies. Deliveries by Indian Post do not have any committed TAT / Online Tracking. However, a booking reference number can be made available, based on specific request at  info@gujaratgifts.com

17) In case Diwali Gifts are returned back to us due to faulty Address / Consignee not Available; refunds will not be provided in any circumstances.

18) To get any clarifications, you are requested to send us an email on  info@gujaratgifts.com before placing order(s), in case of any doubts / confusions / clarifications.
 

19) In case of any dispute or refunds, the decision of the management of Gujaratgifts.com is binding on the customer and shall be considered final.

20) The usage of this site itself implies consent with the above T&C as well as other terms given  HERE and in all the other sections of this website.
