This section gives easy step-by-step
instructions for placing an order on our website. The broad steps are:
- Add items that you want to
Shopping Cart
- Finalize order, Checkout and
then give details like Name of Receiver,
Address, Phone Number, Delivery date etc
- Pay using either
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
or Paypal
Step 1: Adding
Items to Shopping Cart
 You
can browse our site either through the left navigation menu or the top
buttons. If you like a item, click on "Add to
Cart" or "Buy Now".
As an example, the button is shown in the figure on the left.
This takes you to the Shopping Cart Screen (shown below). From here you
can either:
- Click
"Continue Shopping" which will return you to the
products page so you can add more gift items to you
cart
- Click
"Checkout" to proceed to pay and finish your order
with items in cart
On this page, the Price is
displayed in local currency (e.g. if you are visiting from
India, it will be displayed in rupees). You can also select
currency by clicking on the Flags above
You need to select "Shipping to:"
(Usually India if you are sending gifts to India) prior to
checkout
You can also enter
Desired Date of Delivery &
Message for Recipient if
any.
You can also select "Quantity"
or click on Trashcan to Delete
item from cart
Step
2: Give details about Recipient and Sender
After hitting
CHECKOUT above, you are taken to the details page.
As shown below,
Shipping Address is address of
Recipient and Billing Address is address of Sender i.e. Yourself.
If you are purchasing for yourself, you may leave Billing
Address blank.
For the Billing Email field, you have to enter
YOUR EMAIL (where order
details will be sent)
Please fill in all details, select your Payment method and hit
CONTINUE.
Step
3: Pay for the order and finish
Review details
given and input Payment Related Information (Credit Card Number,
Expiry Date, CVV etc). For Paypal, you will be given fields for
ID / password
Hit PURCHASE. On the next
screen, you will get confirmation message along with a CCNOW
order Number. Your order is complete at this point. Do note the
order number for future reference.

Common FAQ: Who is CCNOW?
CCNOW is our payment gateway and it is a wholly owned subsidiary
of the NASDAQ listed Digital River Inc (NASDAQ:
DRIV). All Credit Card transactions are done on the CCNOW server
(with SSL encryption). Thus even we cannot access your credit
card data and it is absolutely safe.
