Dear Customer
Please note that all Rakhi Orders will be booked between 24th July to 31st July, and delivered according to the lead time of Courier (2-4 working days) and Indian Post (4-8 working days).
If your order is for a Courier Location, you can self track the same as follows (few days after order placement):
1. Navigate to www.bluedart.com
2. Select the "Ref No" radio button on the top left.
3. Give Ref no as "GGOrderNumber". E.g. if your order number is 12345, give GG12345.
4. Hit "Go"
If your order is for Ahmedabad, please note that it will be hand-delivered before Rakhi, so it will not be trackeable on bluedart.com
Please note, that if you have recently placed your order, tracking numbers will be available only after a few days (only for courier locations).
All other orders would have been dispatched via Indian Post, and as mentioned on the website, online tracking is not available for such orders. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you.

Due to heavy Raksha Bandhan rush, please allow us upto 48-72 hours to revert on your query. If your mail is unresponded to, post 72 hours, you can escalate the same at service@gujaratgifts.com . Rest assured, we are dedicatedly working on dispatching your Rakhi Gifts, and if the order is placed within the cutoffs (Courier Locations : 27th July, Post Locations : 25th July) , it will be booked from our end.
