Please Note :
Rakhi Order Tracking status CANNOT be provided on Phone. We need your
order number via the form below, post which a dedicated team will check with
Blue Dart Courier / Maruti Courier / Indian Post, and revert to you with
tracking details. Due to elevated volumes at these agencies, we will endeavor to
revert to you in 48 hours. Rest assured, we will resolve your queries
to your satisfaction, including and upto a refund in case of non-delivery.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.
RAKHI DELIVERY FAQs
As mentioned on the site, lead time for delivery
is minimum 2-3 working days for Courier, and 4-5 working days for Post. In
case your Rakhi is not yet delivered, please check the following:
a) If you have placed order in the last 24-48 hours: We will send you a
mail within 24 hours regarding status of your order. Request you to check and
revert to us, so we can do the needful.
b) If you have placed in the last 3-4 days : Such orders would have been
dispatched already, as possible (Major Metros via Blue Dart, Gujarat locations
via Maruti Couriers). If there is any exception from Courier / Post end, we
would have pro-actively mailed you within 24 hours. Please check our mail to you
for instructions. Do check your spam folders in case the mail got filtered.
c) For Orders placed 4 days or
more ago : Please use the form below to contact us. We will check the
details with the courier companies and get back to you during business hours.
Common Reasons for Non-delivery by Couriers are:
i) Pin Code Issues / Address Not Locatable / Out of Delivery Area
ii) Delivery Attempted & Premises Closed
iii) Person not available
iv) Other issues
Rest assured, that if we are unable to book your order, we will refund
you.
Do note that our office hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST), Monday through Saturday.
