Delivery Declaration / Disclaimer

1) All Express Orders placed by 11:30 AM (IST), 13th February (Major Metros) / 11:30 AM (IST), 11th February (Other Cities) will be delivered by 14th February. Orders placed after this date can only be delivered on best efforts basis. Courier products require 3-4 days to ship, as they are shipped from our H.O. at Ahmedabad

2) Gift items shown are sourced locally from the city of delivery. Hence, the image is indicative, and decoration / design may vary from display.
 

3) Please note that we cannot provide a time commitment of delivery. We will endeavour to attempt delivery anytime between 10 AM to 7 PM on your desired delivery date.
 

4) Flowers & Cake will be delivered within 24-48 hours, unless the delivery date is mentioned. Same day delivery may be possible for major metros for orders placed by 10:30 AM IST.
 

5) We try and deliver on desired date; however there may be a slight delay in certain cases. Delivery around a particular time is on a best-effort basis only, and during office hours.

6) Refund or Redelivery will not be done in cases including but not limited to: a) Incorrect Contact Number b) Recipient not picking up / Refusing Delivery or Delivered at Reception / Security / Neighbor c) Incomplete Address or No reply from recipient. For re-delivery of such orders, a fresh order will have to be placed.

7) Please mention the detailed Address (with Landmarks) and correct contact numbers (including Mobile) of recipient while placing an order, to ensure delivery.

8) Flowers & Cake will be delivered anytime between 10 AM to 7 PM only. If certain items in a hamper are not available in the delivery city, we reserve the right to dispatch them via Courier from Ahmedabad. They may be received separately from the Cakes & Flowers. However, we will be happy to provide tracking number in such cases, on request.
