Shipping Declaration
1) Rakhi Gifts are dispatched via
Courier / Indian Post from our H.O. at Ahmedabad. Therefore, it cannot be delivered on a
specific date or a specific time. We Endeavour to time the dispatches of
the gifts to reach as close to the desired date as possible, but exact
date & time cannot be assured.
2) Please note that delivery via Blue Dart courier usually varies
between 2 to 4 working days (may be longer if the destination is
remote). We need a minimum processing period of 1 day from receipt of
your order to dispatch.
3) Our cut-off for guaranteed
delivery to
Top 30 Metro locations is 8th August 4:00 PM Indian Standard
Time. All Such Orders will be couriered from our H.O. in Ahmedabad
using Blue Dart Courier. Orders received for top 30 locations
after this date will be delivered on best effort basis, but delivery is
not guaranteed by the 13th August. Rest assured, we will do our best to
ensure your satisfaction.
4) For other locations, please
place order keeping in mind a 48 hour processing period + delivery TAT
for courier / post as applicable. Remote City orders may not be
delivered by Rakhi, and are being booked on a best effort basis
5) There is no specific delivery
timeline or online tracking as far as deliveries via Indian Post are
concerned. Orders for Remote Cities / Districts / Talukas placed now
will not be delivered by 13th August, and we recommend not to place such
orders, since Postal services may be closed on 13th, 14th and 15th
August, on account of Raksha Bandhan, Sunday and Independence Day
respectively
6) Patrons are requested to check if their intended destination, if it
is a Remote Location or Village Taluka, is properly serviced by Indian
Post, prior to placing their valuable order.
7) Please do note that we cannot
entertain refund requests if the Rakhi Gifts are returned back to us due
to reasons such as, but not limited to : Address
Incomplete / Address Incorrect / Consignee not Available.
8) Please do note that rakhis (in hampers or separately) do not have any precious / semi-precious materials.
9) Please note that Rakhis, being
handcrafted items, may have variation in designs due to last minute
shortage. However quality and quantity will be the same.
10) Your usage of this site means that you fully accept the specific and
