Returns Policy
Please note that we do have a returns / refund policy. If the customer is dissatisfied with the quality or the quantity of the products delivered, or a product substitution, in case of non-availability of the original item at the time of delivery, he / she should notify AK Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "Gujarat Gifts") within 48 Hrs of the delivery of the gifts via email.
In such an event , we may replace the items delivered subject to an approval by our Q C department, and the item being in an un-opened and re-saleable condition, or process a part or a full refund, on a case to case basis. For such an exchange or refund, the goods delivered will have to be sent to our Head Office at the recipients cost. However, we will pay for the delivery of the exchanged goods to the recipient.
Do note that certain kinds of perishable products like Cakes & Flowers and
Perishable Food Items like Sweets and Dry Fruits are not subject to
returns. Please note that no complaint for an exchange will be entertained if
the same is made after 12 Hrs. of the delivery of the goods. Please note that
returns policy is not available for bulk orders (More than fifteen gifts in single
order, or order totalling more than Rupees Fifteen Thousand, or its equivalent in respective currency) and Personalized Items. Such orders, once delivered are non returnable, and recipients should be advised by the sender to check the same at the time of accepting delivery, as no complaint can be entertained once delivery is made.
In case of any changes to be made to the order placed (message, item quantity,
address); the customer needs to inform us within 3 hours of placing the order,
after duly checking the invoice. We will try and assist as feasible on a
case-to-case basis. In case the product is already delivered, or dispatched via
courier, changes to orders cannot be entertained.
