Same Day Delivery of Flowers & Cakes is possible for orders placed by 2:30 PM Indian Standard Time. Orders placed after cutoff can be delivered next day. If you want delivery on a later date / specific date, please mention it during checkout.
We also deliver on Sundays. However, such orders should be placed at least 1 day in advance, during working hours.
Flowers & Cakes will be delivered anytime between 10 AM to 7 PM only. Please note that fix time delivery cannot be committed & will be attempted on best-effort basis only.
Please mention the detailed Address and correct contact numbers (including Mobile) of recipient while placing an order.

Refund or Redelivery will not be done in cases including but not limited to:

a) Incorrect Contact Number
b) Recipient not picking up / Refusing Delivery or Delivered at Reception / Security / Neighbor
c) Incomplete Address or No reply from recipient.
