Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally from the city of delivery to ensure freshness and are hand delivered. Local tastes and individual craftsmanship has its influence on the final product; hence the image may be taken as Indicative (no difference in quality or quantity).
Please note that delivery will be done anytime between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM only. Fix time delivery cannot be committed & will be attempted on best-effort basis only. Please do note that in case of delays / difficulties in delivery to specific location, due to prevailing circumstances, we will proactively get in touch with suitable options, to your satisfaction.
We also deliver on Sundays. However, such an order needs to be placed atleast one day in advance, before Four PM IST
Refund or Redelivery will not be done in cases including but not limited to: a) Incorrect Contact Number b) Recipient not picking up / Refusing Delivery or Delivered at Reception / Security / Neighbor c) Incomplete Address or No reply from recipient. For re-delivery of such orders, a fresh order will have to be placed.
