Same Day Delivery of Flowers & Cakes is possible for orders placed by 1:00 PM Indian Standard Time (Same day delivery still possible for Top 20 Metro Cities, if order placed by 2:30 PM IST). Orders placed after cutoff can be delivered next day. If you want delivery on a later date / specific date, please mention it during checkout.
We also deliver on Sundays. However, such orders should be placed at least 1 day in advance, during working hours.
Flowers & Cakes will be delivered anytime between 10 AM to 7 PM only. Please note that fix time delivery cannot be committed & will be attempted on best-effort basis only.

Refund or Redelivery will not be done in cases including but not limited to:

a) Incorrect Contact Number
b) Recipient not picking up / Refusing Delivery or Delivered at Reception / Security / Neighbor
